How to Protest and Accomplish Something

This is a great book that details how to work towards freedom and we are NOT talking about protesting which has been shown not to work.
Reasons why people obey rulers are:
- Habit
- Fear of sanctions
- Moral obligation
- Self-interest
- Psychological identification with the ruler
- Indifference
- The absence of self-confidence to disobey
All rulers use the obedience and cooperation they receive from part of the society in order to rule the world.
Which one of the above are you? (be honest)...
