Cop watching as a community service. I'm your friendly neighborhood cop water. I film the police so you don't have to. The idea is to keep the police accountable through citizen scrutiny. The camera is such a ubiquitous item in 21st century American culture that we would all be remiss if we did not film law-enforcement whenever they interact with the public!
