The prices are rising, both quality and quantity are diminishing by the week. I predict that we will see a $30 price tag on a loaf of bread within 5 years and if you haven't got your veg in the ground by then, you better be rich!
And if that's not enough to get your alarm bells ringing then what about all the chemicals in that $30 loaf of bread, which by then will be of less nutritional value than the plastic it's rapped in.
I won’t be surprised , anything healthy is leading to a price increase it’s like they want us to suffer
Yes, I came to that same conclusion, still, whatever happens I'm sure our steem will always get us a loaf of bread. :)

Good message and fantastic layout in your article. Ok, i'm going to study and learn markdown aswell. The message as ever is simple and true. Having lived off grid for over 20 years I take for granted the simple truths and overlook them lazily. Seeing the freshness that you bring to these posts makes me think back to my ideals of 20 years ago and see how lazy i have become. Its inspiring.

Excellent post! As part of their homeschooling, I Tried to teach my kids about conservationism. Being a Christian, page one of the Bible talks about God creating everything and turning it over to us to take care of. I taught them how to grow a garden, how to make natural fertilizer by composting. How to make natural insecticides. You made a good point about how modern society has gotten so far away from the "simple things in life." Family life used to be centered around the family all working together as a unit... Now, through the de-educational system and the rest of government interventions (forced vaccinations etc) kids grow up without a clue of where food comes from outside of a supermarket! I saw one woman protesting milk with a sign that read "Stop drinking milk because they kill cows to get it!"
Sorry, I didn't mean to get off on a rant here... Once again, great post, if this doesn't catch on, humanity will be lost!

We have definitely gotten ourselves a bit lost with the way things are at this present day, but with a bit of luck and maybe a little shouting then we can turn this mess around as quickly as we landed in it.
