FREEDOM...
Freedoms like a thought
a kind of, state of grace
an ideal in our head
that we long to embrace
the right to believe
speak our own mind
think what we want
or just sit back and unwind
free from the fear
of not just going along
even if it turns out
we happen to be wrong
to live in this world
and not have to fit in
or ride on a bus, no matter
the color of our skin
the chance to succeed
beyond our wildest dreams
no matter how hard
or as crazy as it seems
but our right to be free
live and just be
is not as easy
as we thought it would be
this mantra we've been fed
about, the land of the free
only holds up --
if we don't disagree
the minute we challenge
the powers that be
these freedoms we cherish
are no guarantee
hijacking our liberty
our right to sovereignty
for a false sense of safety
and things we can't see
they claim we are so free
the greatest country of them all
so why do they want
to build a freaking wall!

Freedom is one of the greatest human values for which peoples have struggled since ancient times. Whether individual or collective freedom offers you the most beautiful rule of freedom.
I wonder who thinks life is something and freedom is something else, and does not want to be convinced that freedom is the first pillar of life and that no life except freedom
Seems most won't realize that.., until their freedom is taken from them.

Wonderful! To have freedom (of any sort) is without a shadow of a doubt one of the greatest blessings in life. Come to think of it, we are not really "free". We're even slaves of mobile phones in today's time that are merely the size of our hands.
