By unconditionally accepting how we really feel, we are being loving to ourselves and by expressing all feelings safely and as sounds that vibrate - we allow our feelings to feel free and to evolve too.
This part I found especially interesting, as it includes themes I'm constantly trying to work with. As a musician, singing and the resonance of the guitar against my body is such a healing thing. Poetry allows me to express my feelings safely, helps me dive into my conditioned thinking and evolve. I am always trying to grow, and yet I run into difficulty with the template of my life. So I keep stripping away the layers.
