This system was created and Installed by an Israeli company, apparently no American company had the ability or the expertise to Install such technology. Well we know there would have been plenty of American companies qualified for this but If the Rothschild's used an Israeli company to Install the system they could put a back door In the system.

The CIA and Israeli Intelligence which are both controlled by the Rothschild's and the Cabal wanted to be able to listen In on whatever the United States president was saying or planning, so they could make sure they knew what was going on and that he didn't step out of line.
