Gold is Freedom - Why and how...
Hello to all those who love freedom and the outdoors!
This will be my first entry on steemit.
I've dedicated my life to gold mining - and it's more complicated than just liking the idea that there is "Money" in the ground to be had by anyone.
The endeavor to find and keep gold has much more to do with freedom than money. In fact, fiat currency(money) is the worst investment a person could hold. Precious metals, cryp·to·cur·ren·cy's, (and now steemit!) are among the very few things a person can own these days that won't eventually be extorted from them by some form of "State"
There is an amazing amount of gold to be had out in the wild, and it can be had with small hand tools, all the way up to mega-machines! Anyone can go get theirs! 
The venture to find and hold gold, is not a venture to find instant riches - it is to find freedom!
The family, the friends, the adventure, the exercise, the true living of life - and most importantly - the physical and financial freedom that comes with it, is what's most important!
I look forward to sharing my knowledge and philosophy of this most great endeavor on this new (and wonderful venue) - steemit!

Magnificent brand new trommel u have there bud. Are you feeding it with a backhoe or an endloader? That operation must go through a lot of fuel!
I have always loved prospecting. It is indeed soul freeing - right up until the brown shirt with the gun comes along and informs you that you are doing something wrong.
The largest rig I ever used was a 3 inch dredge/high banker. Always paid for the trip or a little better. Always a blast and the most fun you could have for the dollar.
One day very soon when the central banks crash the economy and push the world into the largest depression mankind has ever seen, there will be tens of thousands of us out there mining for real money "gold". That paper shit in your pocket is worth nothing. It will reach it's intrinsic value of zero all too soon people!
Here is the secret to finding more gold!

All people who allow themselves to be "ruled" by a government will eventually be destroyed by it...
(copy that with anyone who allows a central bank to print worthless paper, and call it money)
