Lets watch the banned TED talks
TED has a special formula to promote original thought, its called banned TED talks. These, in stead of published on the official TED website or one of the lesser TEDx nodes, are published all over the internet again and again as if a resistance newspaper during war time. With each video you are overwhelmed by this idea "they would bother to ban this?" pushing you to the very edge of the chair. I don't know why they chose to ban them either but lets assume they had a good reason to do so and warn you in advance! If you never go back to normal after watching some videos on the internet (!?) I'm not responsible for it. You do this on your own risk.
TED crybabies explain that Hanauer was not technically banned but he just wasn't interesting enough to put on the website.
Russell Targ got the entire TEDWestHollywood license withdrawn: "talks that use the language of science to present speculative claims as fact" Which is further explained in the rules as: "it's important we retain the respect of the scientific community"
Hey, it might be Hollywood Science they have the entertainment part all figured out. I love the x-files aroma surrounding Targ. The project continued as "Brother, Can You Spare a Paradigm?"
