It was a trick question, there is no shortage of agencies and institutions that research so called "gun violence" (a newspeak word designed to exaggerate the number of people murdered with guns by adding up all suicides accidents and homicides and calling it "gun violence" to mislead people into believing that the guns actually caused the violence and that gun prohibition is the only solution.)

The CDC was prevented from "gun violence" research because they were busted producing fraudulent antigun propaganda with taxpayer funds.
The CDC is not prevented from gun research, they do quite a bit, all they are forbidden from is anti gun propaganda with taxpayer funds, is it too late to change your answers or did you send that in already?
