Is the American Law Institute the hidden head of the Hydra? Or could it be the heart of the Beast?

 This post is a speculative opinion piece expressed in good faith based on a very preliminary look into the American Law Institute. I am not a legal professional and am not licensed to practice or teach law, nothing in this post should be construed as legal advice. I am one of the people, and I am seeking means to exercise remedy. If anyone from the American Law Institute would like to send me any correspondence with threats of legal action, I ask that you please consider that I may decide to view such correspondence as an invitation to prepare for discovery.

Now with all that said, dear readers, please understand that I am not going to backlink to the official webpage of the ALI in this post, please navigate there on your own and follow along. I also cannot post any text from the Uniform Commercial Code. 

 This post is going to be a great big wall of text. But if you care about freedom, if you hate the Federal Reserve System, if you hate the Internal Revenue Service, then please bear with me and read on. I think I’m getting closer to the heart of the Beast. I can’t believe I never saw it before, it’s almost like it’s been under an invisibility cloak right under my nose.

 If you care about liberty at all, I strongly suggest you study legal English vocabulary and read the UCC. In conversation with a friend recently, it came to my attention that the Uniform Commercial Code may be copyrighted. To me, this sounded absolutely crazy, so I had to look into it. My investigation in this matter is in a very preliminary stage. I came across the following website:

 On the above site, an unnamed person posts text that he alleges was e-mailed to him by an individual from the American Law Institute. This alleged e-mail was basically a notice to remove UCC material from his website, and he is told that the American Law Institute holds copyright on the UCC, and that he needs to obtain license to post it. 

 If you don’t understand why this is so crazy, please look into what the UCC is. It is the model code regulating commerce that has been adopted by nearly all of the states and territories either in whole or in part. 

 I am going to do a quick and dirty UCC rundown here, because people generally don’t know anything at all about this extraordinarily important thing. But what this post is really for is to shine some light on the ALI. So please stick with me. 

 What is the UCC?

 We engage in commerce all the time, sometimes we are engaging in commerce and we don’t even realize it. We think we understand how contracts work. But the sad truth is, most of us are completely and utterly ignorant and defenseless. We look at our legal [statute] system, and we ask, where is the justice? How did things get so broken? How did I become a slave? 

 We need to stop and ask ourselves, are there any assumptions being made that are incorrect?

 The enslavement is unlawful. But is it legal? Cloaked under the color of law?
What have We the People been doing to exercise remedy? 

 Many of us have an old-fashioned, honorable viewpoint on how people enter into contracts with one another. In the old-fashioned manner, the different parties enter into contract based on terms that have been clearly and transparently laid out. Engaging in commerce under the current UCC is not so straightforward, and I suspect people are regularly volunteering to perform under contracts that should not even be applied to them. Under common law, all obligations must be fully disclosed. Under the UCC, this is not necessarily the case, and if you don't know how to protect yourself or exercise remedy, you could be s.o.l. 

 What is the Uniform Commercial Code exactly? While I haven’t devoted sufficient time to gain complete understanding of the UCC, I have come to suspect that it may be a legitimized means through which ignorant people can be legally compelled to perform under a system of contract-through-deceit. 

 Do you know what a presentment or draft are and how to protest one? Do you know the rights of party to whom the presentment is made? Do you know that if you do not respond to the presentment you have acted in dishonor? Would you even know how to recognize a Notice of Dishonor if you received one? Do you know how to declare a reservation of rights? Do you understand the ways in which you can become susceptible to being legally compelled to perform under a contract that you never even agreed to? 

 Does any of this make any sense at all?

 As I said, many of us are utterly ignorant and defenseless. Is this by design? I do not make the assumption that it is not. 

 What is the American Law Institute?

 After some very preliminary looking-into, my understanding is that this 'independent organization' is drafting/approving/writing laws, reform proposals, and model code. Model code is basically a potential legal-statute-to-be. What you generally think of as a law is actually a legal statute, something that exists in a lesser body of law as a whole. These model codes are being adopted by governments and codified into law.

 So, most of us with elementary knowledge of how our government is supposed to work, knows that the legislative branch is supposed write and pass the legislation, right? To me, it it is beginning to look like a possibility exists that most of this duty to write legislation may have been ‘farmed out’ to this ‘independent organization’, the ALI.

 Now I want you to navigate through the Members > Member Directory part of the ALI webpage and spend some time browsing through there. You’re going to see a lot of legal professionals and professors, and also a whole boatload of government judiciaries – American public servants serving under the judiciary branch. We all have an elementary knowledge of the separation of powers and how it's supposed to work, right? 

 Some other gems in the member directory include:

• A ‘Lady’ from the Court of Appeal of United Kingdom, in London, England
• A gentleman from Universite Pantheon-Assas Paris II in Paris, France
• Someone from Victoria University of Wellington, Faculty of Law in Wellington, New Zealand

 And I haven’t even made it out of the A’s listings yet.

No big deal thought, right? These folks probably just make a donation and receive some monthly newsletter, right? WRONG

Now, let’s go ahead and navigate to the About ALI > How ALI Works
A quick rundown is: 

• The Council approves a project
• Someone is designated as the Reporter, and collabs with researchers to prepare an initial draft
• This draft is submitted to a group of Advisers for suggestions/revisions, then often goes on to review by a Members Consultative Group
• The revised draft goes to the Council for consideration, and is then either sent back to Reporter or Advisers, or to the Annual Meeting
• After Council approval, the draft becomes a Tentative Draft > goes to Annual Meeting for debate/discussion by entire membership and becomes available to the public
• The membership decides whether to approve this Tentative Draft or send it back to the Reporter and Advisers
• This goes on until there is a Proposed Final Draft
• Both the Council and membership must approve it before it is published

 They go on to brag that their publications often go on to gain greater authority, becoming nearly equal in power to judicial decisions.
 

 Are you following me here folks?

We’ve got foreigners and government judiciaries participating in an ‘independent organization’ ‘s law proposal publication procedure – the members have to approve the Final Draft for publication. These publications are then getting written into the legal code of our federal and state governments.

And these publications may even be copywrited. Some possibility exists that some taxpayer funds may even be going to pay towards licensing fees when our legislature is adopting these model codes.

What kind of legal entity is the American Law Institute? Where is it domiciled? What is it’s shareholder structure?

This is where I’ve got to stop for now. I still need to finalize some legal documents outlining a chain of guardianship, legal custody, and authorized physical custody for my child in the case of the worst type of 'anonymous' harassment. Knowing that even public school officials aren’t above angling for the false witness CPS child theft angle as a means of retaliation for the exposure of corruption, I won’t assume that these lawless wicked folks won’t look for a means of retaliation.
