Yah @eugin that true that's what is going on in our motherland Uganda, all social medias are being taxed claiming that people gossip on them a lot. But as well they say they want the government of Uganda to getrid of the foreign aid and as Uganda may raise the funds and finance her budget that is estimated to be 31.6 trillion shillings in 2018/19
