The answer to 1984 IS NOT 1776

In 1776, the deep state performed a coup, and instead of the declaration of independence, we got the Constitution For the United States of America. The supposed "founding fathers", in a locked room, created the constitution. Behind closed doors and then rammed through the congress, because if news got out what they were doing, there would have been another revolution.

And, if we had another revolution today, we would have the same govern-cement all over again.

Sure we could go kill all of the bad guys,
but just like getting rid of all the guns, it doesn't work.

Its not really that nature abhors a vacuum, it is that the framework and the methodology are still there. If you can make money by making fake home loans, and the market isn't already saturated, then someone will be making money off of mortgage fraud.

If you some how, magically got rid of all guns, there are still people who know how to machine steel, make gunpowder, and there will be a huge incentive to have some means of defense no one else has.

The way you solve this conundrum is to change the paradigm.
If mortgages all become transparent. And anyone could go online and see that the house that is falling down over on C street just got mortgaged for $1,000,000, well then it becomes apparent who is defrauding the system.

If you want to lessen gun crimes, you have to do two things. Arm everyone. Concealed carry lowers crime and lowers death by gun. Why? Because any person up to no good knows that they do not have the upper hand by having a gun.

The second part, and more importantly, you need to instill a high value of life. And this is done by having a society where obtaining what you desire through your own labor is doable and an easy path. No wonder govern-cements crack down on lemonade stands and raise the minimum wage!

So, in the same vein, if we got rid of War-shington D.C. and all the politicians in it (my favorite idea is to build a wall around the foreign occupied soil on the Potomac) then what happens is they just get replaced. The same incentives promt the same kind of people to seek the same kind of power. What has to change is transparency and job descriptions.

Such as, if we want everyone to follow the law, then everyone needs to be able to read and understand it. Thus, the law, in its entirety needs to be no bigger than the bible.
My favorite idea is to have every law have the first page being a plain english description of the law. The rest of the law being a more specific/legal description. And that if the legalese doesn't match the plain english, the law is null and void.

What we need to do is change the structure of they system. Changing the individual people in the system has no effect on the outcome.

Similarly, if we want to change the electric system, we do not go out and destroy PG&E or Enron, as what gets put back in place would be the same thing. What we need to do is to create community sized power plants. Locally owned, locally controlled. Locally, as in, in you face, and not out of sight out of mind. And locally using the best renewable energies available on site.

If we want a new, better society, we have to start creating that better society piece by piece. These new pieces have to be in place before the fighting occurs, else we will just get a revolution (it revolves, what goes around comes around) and all the names will change, but nothing of substance will.
