The corporation is designed to internalize profits and externalize costs.

The banks are designed have the money flow to the rich.

And, as you point out the govern-cement spreads out the costs from the rich to everybody.

But, the poor are dumb and impressionable. "We need to tax the rich", when time after time, "taxing the rich" has meant taxing the middle class.
How can the poor win until they see that the govern-cement is designed by, and for rich people. The rich never pay taxes, that is the way govern-cement is built.
