India known among many things for its freedom struggle has been fooled into a scam called UNIQUE Identify card where an near illegal body called UNIQUE Identification Authority headed by someone who has directly benefited from the project (Infosys) has collected the biometrics of some 90 million people so far.

The illegal activity was carried out by one government without any consideration of privacy, data protection or security or even conducing a basic feasibility study. The current government opposed it when they were in the opposition. But exactly the blood sucking leeches called politicians that they are, they passed the bill and made the illegal activity look legal!

Probably this is why people needs to understand that political parties are just leeches surviving on the blood of common man and whether they care least of any of us - the common citizens of the world.

Both the governments interpreted the private project under a different project called National Population Registry (NPR) where it was possible to deny collection of bio-metrics.

The question arises, why every political party supported the illegal activity besides they act as if they are all about protecting people, its culture and all that drama.

My family has resisted giving away our bio-metric till date, and everywhere we had quote a supreme court order from 23rd September 2013 and told those asked Aadhar that it cannot be used as a proof of Identity and its illegal to ask Aadhar card as a proof of identity but its just a proof of residence and is optional.

Oh, yes, I have always considered taking Aadhar for my dog.

Now, it looks like our Dog will never get an Aadhar card :-(

The Supreme court of India said,

"NOT TO-Make “Aadhar”-Card/Number mandatory / compulsory to get the benefit of government schemes and to avail various services of the State Governments and the Central Government."

The deadline for linking Aadhaar with mobile phones and bank accounts has been extended indefinitely.

A 5-judge constitution bench extended the March 31 deadline it had set through its interim order on December 15.

The bench is in the midst of hearing petitions challenging the constitutional validity of Aadhaar.

While, I am extremely happy about the winning the battle with the blood sucking politicians of every colour, creed and party, I am sad that I couldn't get my dog an Aadhar card.

I have to read the order to get an idea and see if my Dog can get an Aadhar card as he is a legal resident of the country!

I am super, excited and off to read the order.
