The freedom in Christ: Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery. Galatians 5:1

The love of money is a love that produces suffering, because the love of money can never be satisfied, and since it is a form of idolatry, this love does not take others into account. Whoever puts his trust exclusively in riches walks an uncertain and insecure path, crimes and lies are at every step. This is one of the fundamental teachings of the doctrine of the Kingdom of God, the empire or domain of the perfections of God.
That is why Jesus spoke to us of a fundamental change, and told us: "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" Matthew 11:28.
The apostle Paul in his epistle to the Galatians urged new believers to accept the way of Jesus and reject all forms of heresy or error, because with heresy comes the dependence of the mind towards the apparent goods like money, and as a consequence of this the suffering: "It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery" Galatians 5:1.
And Paul was clear about something on this path to freedom that is Christ, faith is necessary for the justification of man, but also the gift of fear of God, as in the parable of the sower. The fear of God is constancy, firmness, devotion, equanimity, and stability. The gift of faith without firmness cannot bear fruit, if we want to be truly free and abandon everything that ties us to psychological suffering we need this spiritual gift.
And this freedom in Jesus that needs the fear of God is a true blessing for man, because in the long run Paul taught us, this freedom leads us to life, that is to say, to the fruits of the spirit: "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control" Galatians 5:22-23.
