I'm not a cherry picker. Our government is way out of balance. My goal here is to show the legitimacy of its jurisdiction not apologize for its crimes against humanity.

You are claiming that the only legitimacy it has for jurisdiction is at the barrel of the same gun it uses to create crimes against humanity. Your position is akin to claiming that while you are not trying to justify the actions of a murderer and rapist, that murderer and rapist has every right to murder and rape because...... winning.
No. I am claiming that the Corporation which is the United States had Original Sovereign Title to the entire country. Based on international law under the Right of Conquest of the colonies and eventual territories And divested fee simple title to portions of it to the States then to people but kept Sovereign Jurisdiction delegating certain Rights and jurisdictional powers to the States Through a Constitution as a covenant with the States and people running with the land and codified Citizens rights in the First 10 Amendments to that constitution. - in Convoluted way to achieve self-rule.
And yes guns and war were needed to achieve it.
If you live in or occupy space with the limits of its jurisdictional ownership you are subject to its laws and rules until such time as you leave.
