Abolitionist Abstractions Vlog 6: Getting geared up for an adventure
Here is the latest Vlog entry in my series chronicling my attempted escape from New Yorkistan. Things are starting to speed up, as the closing date for my house has finally been set. Final preparations for the storing of most of my belongings and the transition into quasi van nomadism are beginning. The real adventure is about to begin!
In this video I discuss my mindset as the closing date nears, what I hope to accomplish while out on the road, creating the blooper reel of what-not-to-do, seizing an opportunity once thought long gone, some of the supplies I have purchased for this adventure, obtaining passive income, and more!
All in all I am pretty stoked about what's to come. While I will miss my family greatly, I hope to make this as positive an experience as possible. Getting a chance to see what one is really made of doesn't come around all the time, and it is taken by most even less. After many a missed opportunity in life, I plan on seizing this one!
There will be another update or two before Murder Dog and i finally hit the road. After that, i hope to put out daily vlogs to document our experiences. Stay tuned!
