Free Will
Free will is a will that is free from other wills. Its not a random will that is unpredictable. Only randomness is totally unpredictable. Therefor a non random will is to some extent predictable. Hence free will is predictable to a point. A random will wouldnt even be a will. Free will is also not magically independent of physical laws. It is just an independent decision maker.
Even if the world is completely deterministic and there would only be one path for everything we would still have a free will. Our every decision would be predetermined but they would still be free from other wills, because our brains would have created them. A free will being independent from other wills doesnt mean that its not affected by them.
In an completely indeterministic world there wouldnt even be a free will because there wouldn be a will because there would not be any structure or order in an attempt to achieve something.
