How to get free Bitcoin and why it is worth it even when it may seem like it's not

in #free7 years ago (edited)

Believe it or not there are hundreds and hundreds of websites out there where anyone can acquire free bitcoin.  These sites are also known as faucets.  Most of these said websites simply display TONS of ads on their page in order churn out a small but consistent profit by paying each visitor less than they are making from the ad space.

Before I go any further about why using Bitcoin or other crypto faucets may actually be worth some of your free time I think that I should note that every free bitcoin website is not equal.  There are lots of legitimate websites out there that give away the satoshi as they claim without giving any issue,  but there are also a lot of websites that will take advantage of your time by not sending the bitcoin.  There are also sites that will attempt to infect your computer with malware and or use a script to steal your CPU's/GPU's computing power to solve hashes and earn them extra bitcoin on top of the ad space money they have already made.  To avoid getting involved with fishy websites I would suggest checking out Best Free Bitcoin,  which is a website that I own dedicated to only adding credible and reputable crypto faucets.  I will also add my top 10 recommended Bitcoin Faucets later on in the post for anyone that is interested in checking them out.

Now let's get on to the good stuff!  It may seem like it isn't worth it to toil away on these types of websites,  but if you truly believe in crypto and it's exponential potential for growth allow me to help you change your mind about whether or not spending time on faucets can be worth it or not.

Posted below is a picture of how much satoshi (the smallest unit of bitcoin) that you would be receiving from one of my favorite Bitcoin faucets FreeBitco.in back when Bitcoin was around $330.

Here is how much you would make from claiming today while Bitcoin is around the price of $3950.  Don't be mistaken by the first line as I have a bonus activated and it would be actually only be 51 satoshi if it wasn't for my bonus from lots of play.

As you can see,  it used to be exponentially easier to get free bitcoins from faucets because they typically adjust their prizes in accordance with the value of the Bitcoin to the U.S. dollar.  Now take a look at some of the biggest winners on the entire website and imagine what it would have been like to be able to claim 5 bitcoins at a time like the first users of bitcoin used to be able to do.  As you can see below the top earners have earned thousands of bitcoins on their site,  but keep in mind those figures probably include the 50/50 wagering as well.

Now what I want you to do is imagine that Bitcoin is really the currency of the future.  Let's hypothetically say that bitcoin does indeed swipe away %8-10 of the Forex market and reach a price of about 1 million dollars each.  This would mean that each satoshi would be worth 1 penny.  That would mean if I kept every single satoshi that I earned from FreeBitcoin until it reached 1 million dollars each,  I would actually be making $9.64 every single time that I claimed from this faucet.  Considering that this process only takes about 45-60 seconds that means that I would be making about $500 an hour if I could continually claim from this faucet alone.  That is very good money and even if Bitcoin were $100,000 dollars each you would still be making about $50 an hour if you held the coins that you earned today until it reached that price.

If the USA has some instability or another stock market crash during the time that Bitcoin is taking market cap from the Forex market and gaining acceptability on Wall Street,  I believe Bitcoin could very well hit $5 million dollars or more.  If you kept all of the Bitcoins that you earned today from FreeBitcoin and sold them when they were $5 million,  that would mean that you made a monstrous $2,500 an hour for the time that you put in on the free bitcoin sites.

There are many Bitcoin faucets out there and I have already tried out hundreds.  I will post my favorite free bitcoin websites below in case you want to get started earning bitcoins today.  I will also be posting guides on how to get free coins for all of the major alt coins and I will also be informing you of alternative ways to make Bitcoins,  including affiliate/referral programs.  Check out the number of referrals I already have to FreeBitcoin within 3 weeks of marketing:

sexy post!!! i agree 99% but i think "if done properly" a faucet that uses mining scripts with consent could survive a bot attack, and have more funds to distribute more often. also would give webmaster ability to put more tasteful ads onto website.

Thank you fellow Steemian! :)

hello, i am interested in your post, but what type of task will one carry out to be able to access this free bitcoin.

Truly, Nothing Indeed Valuable comes Free, a Try out could change your perspective about it. Just saying...
