Frankly Speaking, 'Civilian' is a military distinction.
A distinction that exists specifically only during a state of active wartime.
Since the creation of the UN no major member states have made any official declarations of war. US Congress hasn’t declared war since WW2. There are no ‘civilians’ anymore. There’s only state violence and social engineering.

Occupy was engineered to defuse the crowd with rothschild millennials giving speeches among the other elite millenials while agent provocateurs were ready to dance, it wasn't grass roots, Ziccote Park? fuck that, Central Park. It had been infiltrated since it's inception and it hardly had cohesion or direction, it was a show and it was a practice run for when people actually start occupying for the millennial elites to direct and drive the herd off the cliff.
