A very good post @grandpere, this information is very useful for us all. I see now Crypto prices are getting down in the market, like SBD and STEEM. What's going on with Crypto?

You're talking about the SEC, and I've never heard of the SEC from before, and the SEC says that Bitcoin and Ether are not assets. Who is the SEC? Does the SEC have a major influence on Bitcoin and Ether. Thanks for sharing...

The SEC is the US Security and Exchange Commission. All financial activities in the United States are subject to the SEC. Thus, cryptos are considered financial activities and are subject to the SEC. However, the rules are different in the case of money (commodity) or security.
