While i am sure it could easily be done under Blender, i own 3DS max 2013 thanks to @jasonbrubaker that gifted me several autodesk creative / production design suite with licence keys and all, it's not an excuse i know, but i know 3Ds max more than Blender for now, and i still don't know how to make a "cartoonish" render with flat colors with a little pinch of controlled shadows and drawing outlines in blender.
