There was not much left over of the beauty she once was.
For those who never knew her before it was hard to believe she once was a beauty. A newborn without scars.
They were not "just" only at the inside nor could be covered by clothes.
Her face was pretty damaged.
Her childhood not only broke her heart, damaged her soul, but also her teeth and broke her bones.
Parts of her skin clearly had the signs of being burned.
She did not need a mirror to know what she looked liked. At one side the beauty she once was, the other side she was nothing.
As she cried bitter tears, she only felt them at one side of her face.
The other eye gave up crying a long time ago.
So did her mouth if it came to tasting, kissing, drooling...
Each day she gave up a bit more on herself till she vanished completely.
It was way better as being seen and called a freak. She knew it was hard to be friendly to the freak that they made out of her.

Thanks for swinging by my freewrite, it is nice to get constructive feedback. Im also glad it prompted me to click across to your posts. I have followed this contest for a long while, and admired the art, but i have always failed to submit something. It does require you to delve a little deeper, which you did here, very powerfully. You achieved it quickly too!
Nicely done. My little vote power is somewhat exhasted, but i gave 100% of what i have in the tank 😊 and resteemed.
