My entry for the Fox Tales contest week 3

The day was starting to turn into an absolute disaster very quickly! Personal matters aside, there was still work to do and somehow he needs to hold it together long enough to get through until the evening. Needless to say he was mentally drained, and the emotions were still building and bubbling inside. The mistakes that he had already made - yes they would be costly but he debated about whether turning back and making changes was going to make any difference at all. There is a reason why things happen and he wasn't sold on the idea of having to correct something that he couldn't fix. So he pulled up the jacket up close to cover the bottom half of his face, took a last glance at his surrounding and faded into the night.
