Week #21 Fox Tales : Don't be afraid I'm here

20 years ago when Edward was so was just a baby of 4 months her mother committed suicide in the middle of a marital family drama. After a heated argument with her husband by problems of infidelity the desperate woman and mother of 5 children, including Eduardo, he could not find out, she was alone in a country where hard work on a farm and it was illegal and undocumented. With no family or friends who support it, the woman felt trapped by circumstances, and with Eduardo in his arms took the terrible decision to take her own life, was poisoned and was found dead in a room with a baby who cried out of crying. The father of Eduardo could not raise all those little so he gave them up for adoption. Eduardo was adopted by a couple of friends of his father, with the condition that he never would tell the tragic story. When Eduardo had 5 years ago, one of the brothers who at that time was 12 years old, he confessed in a family reunion that was his brother, that aroused the curiosity of the small Eduardo in regard to his past, for he always dreamed of a woman's voice that caressing her face told him "Don't be afraid I'm here". Unfortunately when asked to their adoptive parents on what had been said to the other boy, they only refused and rebuked them. The years went by and when Eduardo was a teenager of 15 years while I slept and dreamed that a woman put her hands on his face and a new voice saying "do not be afraid I'm here". At the age of 20 years Eduardo decided to talk to the young man to clarify what he had said in the past and in turn agreed to a meeting with the real father of Edward and the other boy. That night of the meeting spoke for a long time and cleared up all the doubts related to the true history of Eduardo, who felt as if 20 years ago someone had lovingly placed his hands on his face preventing open his eyes until she had the proper maturity to understand the truth.
