While everything I have wrote has been a theory I have held for a long time. It is something that needs many people to complete. It will need many communities from the Steem chain. It will also need to develop other communities and community industry outside of the chain. It will need thousands of people in paid positions worldwide.

I do speak out about getting business from outside of the chain to be part of this beginning process. The foundation/organisation that is formed should be totally independent. Any agreement with a business should be made after the organisation has been formed and ts guidelines, rules of conduct, objectives have been established published and agreed upon by the community as a majority.

This is not a make someone rich project, or at least it is said not to be. It is to provide support and finance to the future success of the chain. Onboarding business we have plenty of time for. However, that time is not now. We need to build with Steem. A business does not want to come to Steem while it has a few thousand possible views. It want’s to reach millions. Not just millions of accounts, but active accounts. We cannot give them that as up until this point we have offered nothing more than the possibility of if this goes up in price we can make a profit. Beyond profit there seems to be little interest.

We have to build that audience in a number of ways. We have to iron out some of the kinks in the system of working with Steem. Make it more appealing and much easier of use. Let people have a wallet regardless of them being on the Steemit network to the chain. Let a wallet just be downloadable. The same as all other wallets, remember you key or lose the wallet. If we can provide coding that can have the wallet linked to a bank account if the user wishes so, even better. This bring the wallet more to a debit card status. Which is something we should be aiming to do.

I have stated previous I would like to begin investing with Steem into physical world industry. Reversing the investment mindset. We can give Steem a position ahead of the rest by introducing business we as a chain develop to support the chain we work on. Through doing so we generate a constant need for Steem at a higher level each year. We also grow the Steem chain each year. The bigger the industry the bigger the investment capital is needed. By growing this capital our self within the chain and investing it in FIAT industry. We bring FIAT to the Steem chain not just to crypto. The most common perception right now when people think Crypto is Bitcoin, we can change that to people thinking Steem.

This brings me to the project I would like to see happen from the Steem chain. One that will support the other projects people on the chain would like to see developed. If you ask me which one’s I would say all of the legitimate projects we find. We can do this and much more by establishing focused investment in the physical world.

All proposals I have seen. Think too small. They all fail to see the bigger potential that Steem has to offer. I myself seem to fail in expressing how big this could be.

Let me try express how big I know this chain can grow. There is talk of giving support to Steem events. I see no reason why the event cannot be held at a Steem conference center. A Steem resort even. Why not have a family friendly environment. Why not have a few of these locations that can be used for alternative functions at other times of the year available to us for use in various locations. Why don’t we have a Steem bus or coach. A Home on wheels that drives around the all the continents with the Steem logo on it, hosting events of sorts, attending festivals to promote the Steem chain. We cannot afford to do that. We cannot afford to pay people to do that. I say we can. We can do those things and more by remuneration from the physical world.

To reach that level of success is years away. The fastest time I can see it happen in is about 6 years. At that time we would be able to look at the purchase of land for the chain to develop and host its own events. Location and legitimate purpose the development can be used for would also have to be taken into account.

The coach to go touring would have to wait for a while longer. I dare say there would be a few applications for a position like this. It would to my mind obviously compensate those employed with a smaller wage probably than average, but! It would also compensate for this by covering expenses. (eating out at restaurants each day would not be considered an expense.

I see a time where we can provide members with loans. These loans would have to be secured loans for obvious reasons. The method to do this is already there and used daily in today's society. Imagine repaying your mortgage with Steem. Paying for your vacation, (possibly a Steem resort). The same as going to any resort where you exchange FIAT for a resort currency.

In all of the things I suggest as a way to move forward. They all extend an invitation to others to participate in the Steem chain. Some will and some will not. Even those that do not want to partake n Blogging or voting to things people say on the chain, may still want the Steem currency. We are intending on building the value of the chain economy token too. This happens naturally as those who take advantage of the industry’s we establish have a payment option of Steem or their FIAT payment is converted to Steem and then processed through the accounting account formed with the committee. This account could be called Steem-Works. It could provide the finance for our accounting over all the committee accounts, our legal fees and development of a legal representation from the chain itself. We can send lawyers to school that will represent us. We can do this for accounting too and any other behind the scenes departments that are needed.

Would you like to be a Steem Representative in your area. Employed to meet people on a daily basis and just chat about Steem. These are things we may need, one thing I think of is working with some of the members already here on Steem and creating a Steem Coffee brand. This is a thing were we almost have the network set up already. People who can work together in various parts of the project to bring the whole thing together and on the high street. These coffee shops can be chain owned or franchises.

The option and possibilities open to us are endless on what we can do if we focus on the development and support of the Steem chain. We do not need outside finance, we can create that finance. We do not need an outside business to be here. We will create that business ourselves and more than one. We will not be reliant on the price fluctuations of Crypto to be able to function. Our own industry will provide the support we need to keep functioning. Steem entry point like Busy SteemPeak or Steemit will still be needed as part of the mining process. With time I see an establishment of two separate pools. The reward pool which is there now and the remuneration pool.

The remuneration reward would be similar to that of rewarding an investor. Instead of it going to someone who invested in the business that invested in the chain, it would go back into the chain itself and provide a greater prospect for the future of Steem. The remuneration pool is what will be used to provide support of a financial manner to new project beginnings. Like the development of our own Steem Resort. Or maybe even those coaches for some of you to travel in.

While the project I have in mind is one that can make a profit. That profit I would like to see going back to reducing the costs of living to the average person. Not bringing everyone up to the same wage level. But reducing the costs of living to as many as possible. We can do this and support the chain. I see this being done through the industry we invest in from the Steem chain. We talk of equality and we cry about the corruption. Yet we stand idly united and fail over and over. Let’s join hands together as we stand and encourage each other with the focus on
