One Way Forward.
The Hive
The principles this part of the committee would focus on would be the development of some physical world industry that can provide remuneration for the chain. Assets owned by the chain that will give it some value, the growing ability to use Steem for more services, product or both will also grow the value of Steem. We grow and experience the things other business that at a future time will make use of the chain. We remove the complications and develop apps to make this happen. This is down the road and I am getting sidetracked. Let’s jump forward a bit and the beginning committee has been set up.
A business needs an investment and this will mean some resources need to be pulled from the chain. Without doing so we will not invest Steem into the FIAT world. Variations is the price fluctuations will happen and we cannot predict on those. Remuneration is also hard to value with the varying price. For the purpose of this post and concept we will assume the price holds some stability at its current level for the foreseeable future.
This is just the concept to demonstrate how industry integrated can work well to provide a consistent investment into Steem. The yearly remunerations grows while the support given out can reduce. This provides the growth needed to keep providing for the Steem chain. It provides for the reinvestment into other industries that can be integrated to work on the Steem chain.
As my name is The Hive. Let’s suppose I produce honey. I also partake here on the Steem chain. I am willing to trade my honey for some Steem. This seems pretty straight forward. The problem arises when I need to purchase more jars. The jar supplier does not know about Steem and will not accept it as a payment method. There is no support there after an individual has made a trade using Steem as the medium. This support we can build.
If we make the honey and a shop owner would like to have this honey in their shop. We can accept FIAT or Steem from the shop owner for the honey. As he learns about Steem chances are he will use some Steem to pay for some honey. If he knows he can do this, he is more likely to accept Steem from his customers as he can spend them at the honey farm. When people know they can spend Steem and use it as a currency they will be more inclined to accept it in their life. The local coffee shop may use honey and also accept Steem as a currency as it can purchase the honey for Steem.
Building one industry with the integration of others all working with the Steem chain as a medium. A direction to mitigate the withdrawal of Steem for FIAT is a goal we need to aim for. We build a mirco-community to do this. We grow the use and acceptance of the token in one local area. As a test case scenario with real potential for structure of future finances and development of projects. Working as if each hive on the honey farm was 1 unit. There would need to be a large investment into many Hives to make this viable.
As each honey hive is placed down it begin to create some honey though. His honey that is generated is sold and the finance gained is used to produce the finance for the next hive. A shorter time is needed to create or gain the finance for the second hive as the first hive will provide some remuneration. As the third is added and the fourth fifth sixth and so on. This time reduces more and more. The account on Steem will also have a natural growth from voting and curating rewards. The main growth would be from the primary main account giving the growth to the Steem Power. With each account posting at the 50% Steem 50% SBD the liquid Steem would be sent to the accounts and from here it would be distributed to projects were financial support is essential over a voting level of power. The voting power to all accounts would grow. With the support vote from the primary main account.
The liquid Steem should be focused to the physical world industry in these initial stages. Not all of this funding would need to come from the Steem chain. As the projects starts it will begin to provide remuneration. This I suggest is allocated through the Accounts of the committee back into the development of more physical world industry until agreed levels of remuneration are reached. When established targets are reached a divergence of the remuneration pool would take over for new projects and to support of other committee projects.
Altogether I see the foundation growing 13 different departments of the same thing. Each can be used to complement each other in some manner and provide services to a wider community of people. I mentioned accounts a couple of times in this post in relation to an Accounts Department. These are the representatives or some will be that talk with business about the possibilities of financial benefits of using the Steem chain. Not acting as financial advisors but promoters of the Steem Economy. Pointing out the benefits of our financial systems.
From one beehive producing honey and the support of the Steem chain we can begin to grow an integrated network of industry Steem and community.

"HIVE" these are great ideas, and I would-could-should become the first major project of the Steem Blockchain, for if my device works as intended and gains adoption, and certainly it will if it works....
We would easily leave BitCoin choking on our dust as we zoom past.
BUT, and this is a big butt 😂 If my "device" works as intended, we would face headwinds from the oil companies and the world governments that rely on oil money/taxes/revenue, it would fairly quickly replace the internal combustion engines with electric motors all the way around!
Yes the backlash is the reason why I feel, Building many small community of users of the Steem chain to begin, works better, These small pockets of Chain industry will go unnoticed or disregarded just because they are small. When you combine 10000 small. You have the ability to begin to Step out and display yourself. Crawling and baby steps before we run.
As this will be new to many and things never go the way we plan, (Murphy's Law. What can will go wrong) We have an opportunity to keep moving forward as we right the wrongs, A big company making a wrong can be disastrous to recover from.
Beautiful vision, so I should move forward with my own group and build. Is "@thehive" going to be the clearinghouse for these allied communities?
I do not think we should clear house for any reason. My own view is to find a way we can embrace all the the theories and test them out. (obviously, trying to avoid what is just a scam) Within some moderation I believe it's possible.
In a complete complimentary system of integration with the community survival the main objective. We would like I guess many alliances working. These can all get support of various kinds from other allied forces. Developers could concentrate some of there time in an allied project. Artists too, and so on. For an artist and a developer to ally together does not seem practical and they may never come into the same common circle.
With committee managers in place who all talk with each other regularly at intervals, Just like managers in any other firm. They would bring to the attention of the meeting things requested for their community and if anyone can offer that then it would be given freely.
I think the key thing in all of this is to remember, It is not about making a profit, it is about providing support. Any profit made should go to further that support to the chain.
I would try not exclude any one for not understanding what they are attempting to communicate.
