That’s a whole ton of writing, it’s been a few years since I read a book! Sounds like a solid theory for a main account to support others down. But it would need significant initial delegation to get started.

Yes. I have heard the the sum amount mentioned is 3 - 5 Million Steem. I suggest it is used in a delegation form, that can be reclaimed as the accounts grow their own strength, Eventually negating the need for an over account.
