im a bit confused about this, i signed in but am I suppose to copy and paste my post from steemit on this site for post promotion? or just put the link address to my steemit post?

ChainBB is linked to the Steemit blockchain, and will automatically post content you create on it here on steemit aswell.
If you would prefer to create a post within steemit.com and have it shown up in the forum, use #qurator or #qurites as your main tag.
