We know that Fortnite Battle Royale will make its way to the Android platform this summer, but Epic Games has remained silent when it comes to what you plan to do. As a result, we have recently heard that Fortnite Battle Royale will be exclusive to Galaxy Note 9 for about a month.

Now, according to the latest predictions, Fortnite Battle Royale will not be making its way to the Google Play Store, which is interesting as all famous apps and games make their way to the Google App Store. However, a recent report released by the XDA Developers Forum says that some code has been found on Epic Games' official website, which appears to be a set of instructions for Android users on how to download and install the game on their smartphones directly from the site, Skip the Google Play Store.

Why might Epic Games do this? If we assume that this is true, one of the main reasons we can imagine is money. Companies such as Apple and Google usually take a percentage of app sales, internal purchases and subscriptions. By skipping the Google Play Store, Epic Games can earn more revenue than if they launched the game on the Google App Store.

To put things in perspective, it's only recently that Fortnite is attracting $ 2 million a day on the iOS platform, so imagine how much money Apple gets. We think Epic Games wants to skip the iTunes App Store too, but because Apple does not allow apps to be downloaded from third party sources, it will be difficult.

However, this is speculation that we do not know whether it's true or not, which means we'll have to wait until the game officially reaches the Google operating system to make sure everything is done.
