This coming Sunday marks the date when the 31st Formula 1 Austrian Grand Prix will commence. The circuit is currently owned by Red Bull since 2013, the first race was held in 1963. Technically at the Österreichring, now known as the 'Red Bull Ring' after renovations, the first F1 race was in 1970.

HISTORY
Besides the whole Michael Schumacher & Rubens Barrichello's debacle in 2002 and absence from Formula 1, from 2002 until when the Austrian Grand Prix re-joined the prestige list of venues to race on the annual calendar in 2014, was Nico Rosberg the winner. The same for 2015. Lewis Hamilton won the 2016 Austrian Grand Prix and is currently the only driver on the grid who has won on this circuit. Will this be to his advantage?
During that three year period, both drivers drove for Mercedes. Will Mercedes be able to make it 4 in a row? Probably depends on if Lewis Hamilton's car will stay together?
