Why Does the Average Forex Trader Lose Money?

Since i started i looked this up and have come up with a list that also might be helpful to you, here we go:

#1. Taking profits small while letting losses run, than means people are eager to take small profits in contrast to taking losses. They are hoping those losses turn in to profits again and that snot the case most of the time.

#2. Wrong money management - People tend to get sloppy with risk management and results in greater losses than profits.

#3. Not sticking to your plan - before entering a trade you have made your analyses and you have determent the stop loss and take profit....do not move your stop loss it will make your loss even bigger!

Those are my 3 reasons for why the average forex trader losses money!
