What are the odds that I will lose my money trading Forex given that I will risk $20,000?

From 5% to 100% you will lose it. Here is how you can calculate it:
• If you are a total newbie, then 100%. Because Forex traders are all smart, talented, have money, brave and have insightful information... so what is your chance?
• After years, if you have a lot of money and apply it in a conservative way, have some insight about brokers, always pay attention to detail and keep looking for more... then you can get the change to around 50%.
• One more year on and, if in this 2 years you get ineradicable luck and get a good mentor, or a good book, or become super smart to learn from the market and still survive, then you understand quite a lot about how the market runs and how everyone participates. You can then design your own system; a system that is customized for you, fits to your schedule, your bedtime, your coffee morning, your way of thinking, your websites you use to get insight… with this, your chance is now 49%.
• You would need one more year to fine-tune your system, go through some unpredictable events (if you are lucky it happens during this time) that swept you out totally, but you survive and COME BACK. Your chance is now 30%.
• Now you have the strength, the knowledge, the know-how, experience, fear and greed. If you can change your emotional response, you increase your chance more.
When you trade more than 1,000 trades, you can use some analysis services to know more about yourself and some may shock you.
Here is an example of what an analysis looks like:
