You can submit other content producer's content to the contest, if the content you submit wins they will receive the 100% upvote from @hobo.media but you will receive all the additional token rewards such as the 10x (Submission fee: 500 HBO, 1st place winner: 5000 HBO) HBO token reward given out to 1st place.
