The market is down now because people make an uneducated decision; which is to sell bitcoins before segwit. However segwit is a good thing transaction fees will be lower and transaction will be faster. The price may go down but once those people that sell realize their mistake the price will go up again‼️Hold on to all your coins people‼️
I noticed than in www.coinmarketcap.com that people cashed out 2.5 billion dollars worth of coins just in these few hours!!

The market is down, because the retail investors got in on the hype (i.e. bought at high prices) and now get out on fear (i.e. sell at low prices). You see this as well in traditional exchanges.
As the mantra goes: remember to buy, when the masses cry!
