Pelicans in the smoke.

There sure are alot of forest fires happening. I've heard of some deaths in California, be careful out there people and don't get in over your head.
Here on the praire we are getting alot of smoke drift in from many hundreds of kilometres away. It sure is annoying, but I can't imagine being near the actual fire.

Pelicans! That should cheer everyone up a bit eh? These one's were hanging out at Blackstrap Lake on Wednesday evening.

Sorry about the poor photos, my wife was driving and would only just slow down a little. I guess my Samsung Galaxy S6 isn't up to these moving action shots.
