Trembling Aspen Forest

Where I live, the altitude is around 1550-1750 meters. Growing trees at such high altitudes is quite difficult. However, high altitude isn't a problem for aspen trees. I know they grow at 2700-2800 meters in the Nemrut Crater Lake area. The unique location of Nemrut Crater Lake allows aspen trees to grow at such high altitudes. Near my house, there's a wooded area filled only with aspen trees. They grow on north-facing slopes. I've noticed that they don't thrive in places that receive direct sunlight. From this, we can say they don't particularly like hot weather
