Oyster Mushrooms
I think of everything you can eat in nature and it's completely free. Perhaps one thinks that it is now winter and not much to eat in the woods and fields. There is a lot. Oyster mushrooms. Perfect weather, it's humid and cold, so does the oyster peel, which is a late autumn and white sprout, thrives. Those who know mushrooms know that they grow in symbiosis with trees that can be alive or dead wood.
Ostronmussling eller Ostronskivling
Jag tänker på allt man kan äta i naturen och det är helt gratis. Kanske man tänker, att nu är det vinter och inte mycket att äta i skog och mark. Det finns en hel del. Ostronskivling. Perfekt väder det är fuktigt och kallt då trivs Ostronskivlingen som är en sen höst och vitersvamp. De som känner till svamp vet ju att den växer i symbios med träd, det kan vara levande och döda stammar. Jag kallar det för NÖD MAT.
Var noga med att korrekt identifiera svampar innan du äter smidda svampar.
