Garlic Mustard

As I was sitting on my deck this evening ,I happened to notice how abundant the garlic mustard is this year and thought I should do a post on steemit. A very invasive weed it is,but if managed wisely can provide many blessings. My wife also dehydrates the leaves and crushes into a powder and uses it as a spice in potatoes , sub sandwiches and in soups and stews. It is also great on various meats as well. She also uses it on eggs. You can STEEMIT like spinach also! Well in closing ,I would like to say what some consider a nuisance, can be a tremendous blessing to the educated!
