Yes. That's why the TRANSPORTER3 is VALUABLE which holds 1200 CAPACITY with SPEED 3. Now if I buy the TRANSPORTER 2 BLUEPRINT for 20 STEEM which has a SPEED 8 but only 400 CAPACITY.

Also the BIGGER brighter PLANET is ALSO a RARE but ATMOSPHERE.
