€65m-rated Chelsea striker working to complete ex-teammate' move to Stamford Bridge
Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata is allegedly helping one of his ex-Real Madrid teammate Isco achieve a move to the Blues with a spot of house hunting.
The 25-year-old made his move from the Madrid to London last year, but he’s undergone a mediocre start in The Premier League having netted 12 goals in 35 games which has also included a barren run or two.
Nonetheless, it doesn’t appear to have put off Isco, as Don Balon, claim that the Spanish attacking midfielder is considering a departure from Real Madrid at the end of the year and Chelsea are apparently at the top of his list of possible destinations.
It’s added that Morata is searching for properties for the Spaniard to move into if a move to Chelsea does occur this summer.
It’s tough to guess what has gone wrong for the €75m-rated star at Madrid, as the Spain international is unquestionably incredibly talented and is offering a crucial contribution to Zinedine Zidane with seven goals and six assists in 36 matches this season.
Despite that, he proceeds to be associated with an exit and based on this story, Morata will do his part to try and assure that he joins him at the Stamford Bridge.
If this is true, it would be a wonderful signing for Chelsea. Isco has not had the best of seasons but he is still a very quality player on his day.
