ya.. he isn't an "ethical vegan" as far as I know, but for health reasons he eats mostly vegan, with some fish mixed in.
He's really strict about what he eats and basically targets anti-inflammatory foods, I think. Even going so far as to not eat strawberries, because they're acidic (or some sort of reason, not sure).
