Ronaldo in an Instagram post expressed his gratitude to Manchester United's Supporters upon receiving a warm welcome in his return to Old Trafford on Tuesday.

The former Red Devil star who won three Premier League titles and a Champions League medal with the club was back in Manchester as Juventus cruised past Manchester United in a comfortable 1-0 win.

Ronaldo didn't find the back of net in the game, however, his right-wing cross in the 17th minute found the forward off a combination of Chris Smalling and Juan Cuadrado which created room for Paulo Dybala to net is forth in the competition this season.
