Premier League, Not the most competitive or strongest league

The Premier League, deemed as the strongest, most competititve football league in the world
hasn't won the champions league since Chelsea's 2012 and Man Utd 2008 and has experienced non-competitive league races in the past years.

In addition to that, english clubs have spent a fortune for buying players, their transfer market is at least 5x of that of the rest of Europe.
