I think his selfishness is a trait of all good players. He has not yet reached the levels of past seasons due to a lack of preseason in my opinion. I think he is a winner and his attitude portrays that. At least when he loses the ball he makes an effort to get it back.
Don't get me wrong I think he is a very valuable player for the club. It just bums me out when players try to force their way out in the middle of their contract. I will be equally pissed if Hazard tries to force a move to Real Madrid in the middle of his contract. As for the gametime, I think Wenger has realised that he must build a team without Sanchez and Ozil and he'll be keeping him in and out of the starting eleven for the majority of this season as per the demands of the game. I also don't like him doing keepy ups at the left wing when players are asking for the ball in the box! Technically gifted nonetheless, these qualities don't make for a great footballer.
