It few days to the fifa world cup, countries and their national team coaches by now already know the teams they're playing against. Some countries have already announced their final 23-man squad for the 2018 FIFA World Cup, while some haven't.

Today I'll be taking you through the various groups and also one of the teams that has announced their squad. Basically they're 8 groups, after the qualifications series was completed the 32 teams that qualified were grouped into various group starting from group A-H.

• We all know by now the host country will automatically be grouped into group A.

For national teams provisional squads, I'll be starting from group A and who comes to mind first aside the host country russia? Definitely yes I guess. So today I'll be taking you through the russians squad.

Russia makes its fourth appearance at a World Cup finals, reaching the World Cup quarter-finals on four occasions and finishing fourth in England in 1966. The team will be hoping to make it a good tournament being the host country.
