A man being in charge of a club for 22 years tells you all you need to know about the French Professor Arsené Wenger. A truly great manager who totally changed the game of football in England and all over the world. I am an arsenal fan and was just 4 years old when he took over in 1996. He's all I've known in Arsenal football.
The only manager so far in the premier league era to win a premier league title and go unbeaten in an entire season of 38 whole games. Arsené Wenger's 49-game unbeaten streak at Arsenal is an achievement unparalleled in England's top-flight.
This is a change we all agitated for and now that we have its almost a bitter-sweet feeling I must say. A man who I believe would have been a lot more successful if he had the financial backing he truly needed. He believed so much in the young talents and gave them so much opportunities sometimes maybe too much. The club, the fans and indeed the world of football will be forever grateful to you Arsené. We hate to see you go but every love story has an end.
