John Terry (Former Chelsea Star) Joins Aston Villa In Championship!
- Former Chelsea and England football team captain John Terry has joined Aston Villa on a one year deal;
- He says, he turned down offers to play in the top flight for more money because he did not want to play against Chelsea;
- He says, Villa "expect" to win promotion back to the Premier League this season.
Such a funny and unexpected news lol! Good for Villa and him though!

wow... @dannnielli this guy is a true chelsea legend ...unlike lampard who went to mancity scoring against his main team chealsea...Terry is going to relegated team to avoid playing against chelsea.. this guys are legends...but he can as well go abroad to north america or even china for big money..
He should have gone to China or America to be honest, at this point in his career, it's all about making money, unless of course he had no offers or had a sentimental value for Aston Villa.
yes...who knows...they may offer him secret couching offfer after retirement...
anyways time shall tell...guess he may also wanna stay near family and friends as a family guy...family matters to some people...
