Requirements
400 to 550 grams of rinderpoelet
2 tablespoons flour
Nice mespunt curry
Good mespunt salt
5 tablespoons of lettuce
1 coarsely sliced onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
½ bay leaf
½ bouillon tablet or 1 brokje
4 medium-sized carrots
600 gr peeled carrots cut into pieces
2 finely chopped shallots or 1 small onion.
430 gr dopertjes from pot or can
1 a 2 tablespoons maizena
Aroma, pepper from the mill
Preparation
Cut the meat into cubes of equal size
Mix the flour with curry and salt and rotate through the pool.
Heat the oil, bake the meat ronom beautifully with color and fruit at the last moment with the onion and celery.
Add the bay leaf and the bouillon tablet, pour 4 dl of boiling water into the pan and lay the lid on. Let the meat simmer for an hour on the low-flame or plate.
Then put the pieces of carrot into the pan with the potatoes, shallots and some salt.
After 15 to 20 minutes, check whether the meat and carrots are cooked.
In the meantime, let the beans leak out, remove the bay leaf and put the peas in it.
Pour the bouollon into which the meat has poured into a small saucepan.
Stir the Maizena with water to a piece of paper and tie the broth.
Taste the sauce, add the aroma, pepper or salt and pour the sauce over the stew.
Or give the sauce separately.
