It is common to sauté the meat before you braise the food. One of the famous meat to braise is chicken. The braised chicken recipe has an incredible flavor with simple ingredients.

Sautéing:

Learning how to sauté the food will help and it is a simple practice, but it needs to be done correctly. You can do this on a stovetop with a frying pan and you are using medium to high heat. The idea of sautéing is to cook the meat quickly with a minimum amount of fat. This doesn’t suitable for all kinds of meat. Most people use sauté when they cook vegetables and make sure that it has a high enough smoke point in the frying pan.

Baking:

Baking is an art and when you are learning it is not that easy because it needs to be very precise. Baking is done with the help of an oven, and it gives consistent constant heat that works well with all kinds of food recipes. One of my favorite chicken recipes is the simple baked bone in the chicken thighs. They are baked in the oven and also broiled for extra minutes in order to make them extra crispy.

Grilling is one of the famous cooking techniques. This means that you are cooking the food at a high temperature, and you will be looking at searing the meat to keep in a lot of juices. This makes the meat turn brown and incorporates a lot of flavors. One of the advantages of grilling is that you can pull the meat to the cool side of the grill if things are not going properly.
